Emilio Mordini (CSSC) - The necessity of a new communication model

Emilio Mordini (Centre for Science, Society and Citizenship) is the coordinator of TELL ME project. "The 2009 flu pandemic showed that the one-way model of communication to the population is no longer tenable. Our aim is to set a new communication model based on participation of civil society organizations and professionals, in order to test how new media (e-learning, social media and so on) can help to better address an effective public response to epidemics".
